As a lifelong musician and intuitive sound healing practitioner, I have always had a connection with music as a portal. Even as a child, melody was my medicine and rhythm was my refuge. 

Today, from Punta de Mita, Nayarit, Mexico, I offer deeply immersive sound healing ceremonies—both one-on-one and in sacred group settings. My work is heart-led and multidimensional, drawing from years of experience in energy medicine, intuitive voice work, and ancient ceremonial practices with a deep connection to nature.

Integral Sound Healing is a holistic practice that works through five elemental dimensions: spiritual, emotional, mental, physical, and soul—each revolving around the heart as the central axis. When these elements are harmonized through vibration, a deeper alignment unfolds within us, often bringing clarity, release, and re-connection.

The Science of Sound

Sound is a waveform born of vibration. Low-pitched tones are produced by slower frequencies; high-pitched ones by faster frequencies. Sound not only enters through the ears, it moves through the skin, the bones, the water in our bodies. We are, quite literally, instruments.

When sound enters the auditory system, it’s converted into electrical signals by the cochlea and transmitted through the spiral ganglion to the brain. This is where sound becomes emotion, memory, and vision. It is a deeply physical and profoundly a metaphysical experience.

Energy, Biofields & Sound Medicine

My sound healings practice also works with the biofield—the energy field that surrounds and permeates the body. This subtle body is now being explored by science as a network of electromagnetic, scalar, and vibrational energy. Though ancient traditions have long known of the chakras, meridians, and aura, modern research is only beginning to validate their influence.

In the sessions I intuitively read the vibrational field and allow the sound to meet the body where it’s most needed. This might come through my voice, crystal bowls, drum, chimes, or guided meditation to enhance imagery.  My sessions in Punta de Mita and Bahia de Banderas area are not just therapeutic, they are alchemical.
