Music has been a thread woven through my life since I was a child. It began with the organ, then the piano, each note building a bridge to the world I’d someday dive into. Around eight years old, I discovered my love of singing but found myself so shy that I would lip-sync being a child of the 80's, holding my voice back.
Despite that shyness, music became a way to express my inner world.
As I grew, I trained in classical piano, which helped me build a foundation in music theory and technique. I dabbled in guitar, but it was when I found Cuban percussion and Afro-Cuban rhythms that a new world opened for me.
Those rhythms spoke to me. I felt a deep connection to the congas and the soulful, pulsing beats.
I followed this passion all the way to Cuba, where I immersed myself in the study of Afro-Cuban rhythms. It was a journey of deep learning, experimentation, and discovery, exploring the power of percussion and how rhythm could evoke emotion and connect people.
Then, as if guided, a book called, The Sound of Yoga by Paul Russell found its way to me.
It was a pivotal moment that cracked open my relationship with my voice. I let go of my ego and began to explore singing as a channel for something greater.
I started to experiment with different voices, sounds, and frequencies. This discovery of voice, of toning and mantras, was transformative. I began collaborating, finding joy in the interplay of different musical energies.
One of my first projects of Original Songs and where I fell deep in love with song writing.
Love of Peace and the Humble Beast, started in British Columbia, Canada.

Reverberation Link to, Love of Peace and the Humble Beast:
It was an alternative blend I called “punkry,” mixing elements of punk and country, with a touch of folk and my love for reggae. I played a guitalele, a miniature guitar that captivated people with its unique sound.
When I moved to Sayulita, Nayarit, Mexico, my music continued to evolve. One of the most meaningful projects I started here was Pantera Fantasma (Ghost Panther), an ever-evolving collaboration with a variety of musicians. We recorded an album called High Off the Jungle, an experience that celebrated the organic energy and creativity we found in the Mexican jungle.

Thank you so much to the master and legend himself, Chass Eller, for the incredible opportunity to record and work with.
Then, when I was pregnant with my daughter, a calling came through with clarity. I felt it was time to dive deeper into sound healing.
It was as if my entire musical journey had led to this moment, preparing me to tap into the profound frequencies within.
Sound healing opened me up in ways I could never have anticipated. I began to understand the impact of sound on our inner worlds and the power of frequencies to facilitate deep healing and transformation.
Now, I find myself just at the beginning of this path, diving into the world of frequency medicine, discovering its profound potential.
It feels like the tip of the iceberg, and I look forward to exploring even deeper, creating healing experiences and sharing this journey with others. Music has always been more than sound to me; it’s a bridge to something universal, a way to connect to the heart.
